 In recent years we have noticed that our customers have not been given clear or honest advice from their insurance companies when faced with the unfortunate task of making a claim. The claims procedure can often be a minefield of problems whether it was your fault or someone else’s.
We at Blakes Auto Bodyshop believe every claim should be made easy, no matter who’s fault it was or what the circumstances. After all if you’re unfortunate enough to have been involved in an accident the last thing you want is the added stress of dealing with your claim yourself. Which is why us at Blakes have launched Blakes Assist.
Blakes Assist is our new Fast track claims management service. Membership is FREE to all Blakes Customers who have made a claim in the past 12 months, or £50 set up fee to non-previous customers.
When handling your claim our initial priority is to ensure you can go about your daily routine with limited disruption in the aftermath of your accident. As soon as your claim has been registered our team will fast track your claim straight away. All you need to do is sit back and let us do all the work. The best part is its totally free.
 Blakes Assist members are all issued with a membership card and free accident packs containing a camera and Note pads for insurance details.
If your car is un-drivable and the accident was not your fault, after a few simple inquiries we will have you transferred in to a replacement vehicle of comparable size to your own at absolutely no cost to yourself. Not only will you have the replacement car you need whilst your car is off the road being professionally repaired, but you will not be expected to pay your policy excess and your “No Claims Discount” will not be affected.
Our second priority is to have your car repaired as quickly as possible to the highest standard in the industry. We will not compromise on paint, parts or quality. Your car will not only look as good as new it will be.
